It is an amazing apartment at just over 1000 square feet and includes dining area, living area, master bedroom, one bathroom with a tub, a large eat in kitchen and storage closet/entrance closet. The apartment features an incredible all inclusive agreement letting you use it's A/C and Heat to your content, a saltwater pool, sauna and hot tub, gym/reading and activity room, and, has ensuite wash and dryer or dishwasher for your living convenience as well. The apartment is at an amazing price of 981.00 per month, which is perfect for a young or mature couple, or single working lady/man.

In all truth; I have dealt with a multitude of bad apartments in the past that were at cheaper rates (and didn't come with ANYTHING that this apartment has + were way smaller and in more "dangerous" areas) and I have to admit that this apartment is VERY quiet, I had only one incident in my 6 months that involved a noisey night which was immediately resolved since most the residents are (a) retired, (b) serious international students or (c) mature and independant people living in a nice and quiet lifestyle.
